BeinUS.com provides our members with a street address, not a P.O. Box. You will receive a complete street address with a unique suite number. Here is an example:

How often do you send me my merchandise and documents?
BeinUS.com gives our members complete flexibility with their shipment scheduling. When you begin your BeinUS.com membership you will choose your shipping preferences during the sign-up process. You can even specify separate preferences for documents and merchandise.
Here are the standard options:
We hold your items until you tell us to ship.
We ship your items once a week.
We ship your items every other week.
We ship once a month.


I intend to order several items, and I want them all sent together. Can you repackage these items into one box for me?
To save our customers money, we will always try to consolidate your items into one box, unless you instruct us otherwise. Our shipping rates (per pound) decrease as the box weight increases so it is almost always to your benefit to have one large box sent instead of several small boxes.

Will BeinUS.com forward my packages to me when I am traveling?
Yes. We can send your packages to you anywhere in the world. The shipping charges are based on the destination country.

What is your policy regarding customer privacy and confidentiality?

How do BeinUS.com members pay the package shipping charges?

If you wish to use a different card, just let us know in advance of your next shipment. Your yearly membership fee is automatically charged to your credit card on your renewal date. Once I sign up, how I do order from U.S. companies that do not accept international orders?
Once you receive your BeinUS.com address, contact your credit card company and add it as a secondary ship-to or secondary billing address. Now, when you make purchases from U.S. retailers, your shipping address will match your records on file with the credit card company. All credit card companies should allow you to add the secondary address. If you encounter any difficulties, we suggest you speak to a manager at the card company. If you are still having trouble adding the address, please contact us for more suggestions.You can also use our Personal Shopper service to purchase from U.S. retailers. With Personal Shopper, we use our company credit card, company check, or PayPal account to pay for your merchandise. We then charge your credit card for the purchase.

Do the BeinUS.com shipping rates include customs fees, tariffs, or taxes?
The published BeinUS.com shipping rates are for door-to-door delivery. There may be additional import fees or duty for merchandise shipments coming into your country. These fees vary by country and they are not covered by BeinUS.com. Please contact your local customs office for more information on duties or import fees.

Can I buy items from retailers that are not listed on your shopping page?
Absolutely! You can buy from any retailers or individuals you wish. Many of our members have shipments sent to their BeinUS.com address from retailers that are not listed on our shopping page.

I like to buy merchandise on eBay but many of the sellers won't accept credit cards. Can you send them a check or money order for me?
Yes, we can do this for you. We can pay by company check or money order (whichever you prefer). We also can use our PayPal account that is accepted by many eBay sellers.

Are your services available in the USA? Do you ship inside the USA?
Absolutely! part of our business is customers that live in the United States and prefer to use our services for their mail and shipping needs.

Are corporations able to obtain an BeinUS.com account?
Yes! , an officer of the company must sign the USPS Form 1583. Also, a photocopied picture ID for that person must accompany the form.

Do you offer addresses in other states?
At this time we only offer US addresses in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Will you accept Certified, Registered or COD mail on my behalf?
We can accept these types of mail on your behalf, however your explicit authorization is required. If you would like to authorize us to receive such items please write an authorization letter to us. Also, for COD items, you will be required to provide the funds in advance. To accept COD would be COD total amount plus 6%.

I have just signed up and received my U.S. mailing address by e-mail. Can I start using this address immediately?
Yes, once you receive your address it's ready to use. We will immediately begin accepting all of your merchandise and your mail.

Some of my friends and family would like to share my BeinUS.com account with me. Is this okay?
Yes, you can sign up for additional names to receive packages or mail on your account. This is a great way for your family, friends and co-workers to save on shipping costs.
The first 3 names are free with your membership. There will be $10 per additional name per year and each additional person must complete USPS Form 1583 and provide two forms of photo identification.


Can I pick up my mail personally at BeinUS.com?
Yes, our customers are welcome to stop by at any time and pick up their mail. We only charge $1 per pound.

Can I split items in a package?
Yes, There is no charge to split the items.

I do not have regular internet access, can I still use your services?
Absolutely! If you cant access the internet we can simply forward all your mail and packages to you on a regular basis. When signing up, please make sure that you select your shipment frequency.

Will you consolidate my items into one package to save me money?
Of Course! One of the best features about our service is that we will consolidate your shipment whenever physically possible. This is guaranteed to save you money.
If due to physical size, or other constraints, or if it is not economical justifiable to consolidate your shipment, we will immediately notify you and provide you the most economical options for your particular shipment.

Yes. The USPS Form 1583 is required by law.

Is a "Signature of Agent/Notary Public" required on form 1583?
No, this is an optional field on the form.

Do you require a deposit?
No, We do not require any deposit.

Some merchants require a credit card with a US billing address. I dont have one, what can I do?
There are several option you can do:
1) Use our Personal Shopper services. Send us the information on what you want to buy, who you buying it from, and how should we pay the seller. We will buy it for you and charge your credit card for the cost of the item plus a small fees.
2) Contact your credit card issuer and request that a secondary address be added to your card. Use your BeinUS address as your secondary address. Most credit card companies will allow this.


Can I e-mail or fax my USPS Form 1583 to you?
Yes, you may email, fax or mail the USPS Form 1583.

How is the Form 1583 filled out for a corporation?
The USPS Form 1583 must be signed by an officer of the company and a photocopied picture ID for that person must accompany the form.

Where can I find information about which types of merchandise are not allowed into my country?
The following list is a non-exclusive sampling of items that are either restricted, cannot be shipped or, depending on your destination country, may either require an import license, additional documentation and/or cause problems and delays during the customs review of your shipment:
1. Combustible/flammable items (paints, oils, lighters, perfume, nail polish)
2. Any type of pressurized can (hair spray, shaving cream, spray cans of any type)
3. Hazardous materials (matches, chemicals, explosives)
4. Firearms, weaponry and their parts: military, police and tactical equipment of any kind, including guns, gun replicas, gun accessories, gun components (magazines, clips and rail systems), ammunition, knives, swords, compound bows, crossbows, discharge weapons such as shock batons or stun guns, tooling for guns or gun parts, optical scopes, laser sights, night sights, night visions goggles, handcuffs and other restraints, surveillance equipment.
5. Agricultural products such as to bacco, plants and seeds.

8. Animals and products made with animal skin (furs)

10. Cash, currency, money orders, cashiers' checks, bank drafts, bearer bonds and collectible stamps and coins. Jewelry and precious stones are (a) restricted to some countries and (b) can only be insured up to $500 maximum and any shipments of jewelry in excess of $500 carriage limit is uninsured and Member assumes all risk of loss above such limit

What is considered to be hazardous material?
As of June 2002 we are no longer permitted to ship hazardous materials. Some example items that cannot be shipped are hair spray, oils, spray paint, and any other flammable or pressurized merchandise.

Do you add a Fuel Surcharge on your shipping rates?
BeinUS.com is not adding a fuel surcharge at this time.

USPS: 0% surcharge for international shipments.


I don't have a company, what should I write on the USPS Form 1583?
You do not need to have a company to have a BeinUS mailbox. You can leave the company information on form 1583 blank. Your BeinUS account will be opened in your personal name.

Which IDs can I provide for the USPS form 1583?
Two types of identification are required. One must contain a photograph. Acceptable identification includes: valid driver's license or state non-driver's identification card; armed forces, government, university or recognized corporate identification card; passport or alien registration card or certificate of naturalization; current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust; voter or vehicle registration card; or a home or vehicle insurance policy.
Unacceptable forms of identification include: Social Security cards, credit cards, and birth certificates.
